WHAT AN INCREDIBLE DAY!! We have been on a 3-year journey to become a TIA designated district, which is a program that rewards our most effective teachers with additional compensation ranging from $6,000 to $23,000 per year for 5 years. After 3 years of writing plans, tracking data, and supporting teachers -we found out earlier this year that Snook ISD is now a TIA designated district! This week, we held the biggest celebration for our TIA designated teachers this year and surprised them! It was truly a special day and we look forward to how this program will not only continue to grow our students academically but reward our teachers who pour into our students everyday! It’s a great day to be a Bluejay!! Congratulations to all!
